Questions

Everything people ask before they begin

If your question is not here, write to soul@janmantar.com and Shivay answers it himself.

Is this a real past life, or is it made up?

Janmantar gives you a personal, interpretive reading rather than verified historical proof. The locations and historical settings are real, and the same submitted details create the same journey. Treat it as a mirror for reflection, not a historical certificate.

What do I receive after entering my details?

You receive nine to twelve connected lives in chronological order. Each chapter includes a date, real place, character, role, story, karmic lesson, soul purpose and a private scene placing your face in that life.

Why do you need my exact birth time?

The hour decides which of the old day-watches you arrived in, and that watch shapes the whole thread. If you only know the approximate time, use the closest hour you have and note that the reading will shift if you correct it later.

What happens to my photo?

It is stored privately against your account, readable only by you, and used solely to paint your own scenes. It is never shown to other visitors, never used to train anything, and never sold. Ask us and we delete it.

Will the scenes really show my face?

Yes. Your photo is given to the image engine as the person in the scene, in period clothing, inside the real location. Results vary with photo quality: a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo gives the strongest likeness.

How many lives will I see?

Between nine and twelve, drawn from sixteen real historical worlds and laid out oldest first, each one inheriting the unfinished work of the life before it.

Can I run the reading again?

Yes, from your account page. Re-running with the same birth details gives the same lives; correcting your birth time or place will change them.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Your private account protects your uploaded photo and keeps your lives, scenes, films and timeline waiting when you return.

Can I delete everything?

Write to soul@janmantar.com from your registered address and we erase your photo, scenes, films and record. There is no retention period we hold you to.

Is this religious advice?

No. Janmantar borrows the language of Indian time-keeping and karma because that is the tradition Shivay was raised in, but a reading is not a ritual, a diagnosis or a substitute for medical or mental health care.

How long does a reading take?

The lives appear at once. The face-in-scene images paint one after another over a few minutes, and a film of a single scene can take several minutes more. You can leave the page: everything saved stays in your account.
