A photograph of your face and the hour you were born are intimate things. This page says exactly what we do with them, without legal fog.

1. Who we are

Janmantar operates janmantar.com and the readings offered as Soul's Journey with Shivay. You can reach us at soul@janmantar.com about anything on this page.

Account details: your name and email address, created when you register.
Birth details: your date of birth, time of birth and the birthplace you select from the place search.
Your photograph: the portrait you upload so your face can appear in your scenes.
Your reading: the past lives generated for you, the scene images and any films made from them.
Basic technical data needed to keep the site running and secure, such as error reports.

To create your reading and place your face in your own scenes.
To keep your reading waiting for you when you sign back in.
To answer you when you write to us, and to keep the service secure.
We do not use your photo or birth details for advertising, and we do not sell them.

Only you. Your portrait, scenes and films are stored in private storage tied to your account and served through short-lived private links.
Our image and video generation partner processes your photo only to produce your scenes, and it is not used to train models by us.
We disclose data otherwise only if the law requires it.

Your record stays until you delete it or ask us to. Nothing about a reading needs to expire on a schedule.
Write to soul@janmantar.com from your registered address to request deletion. We verify the request, remove the account record and private media, then confirm when the process is complete.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or have everything deleted.
You can correct your birth details yourself on your account page, and rerun the reading at any time.
You can close your account entirely by writing to us.

Janmantar is not intended for anyone under 16. If a child's photo has been uploaded, write to us and we will remove it immediately.

Account access controls and private file storage are used to separate your record from every other visitor's record.
Image and film generation may process your submitted portrait and prompt through specialist service providers in other countries. We send only what is needed to make the requested scene.
No online service can promise absolute security. If we discover a breach that is likely to affect you, we will contact you and take steps to limit the harm.

Janmantar uses essential account and session storage so you can remain signed in and reach your private record.
We do not use your portrait, birth details or reading to build advertising profiles.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your photo or birth details are handled, we will say so clearly on the site before the change takes effect.
